Our Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Presale Gift Card Purchase
Starting 05/12/23, you will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a presale gift card. Your Gift Card will be sent in the mail along with a gift from DivaSquad! We want our Divas to have something under the Christmas tree they can open on Christmas Day!
We want you to secure the Front Row and choose your preferred colour from our upcoming Front Row Collection. During the presale period, visit our website or store to purchase the presale gift card package. You can preview the available colours in the new product collection when purchasing the gift card. (but remember, you are also giving the gift of choice, so you cannot choose which one until Christmas day)
Step 2: Physical Presale Gift Card
Upon purchasing the presale gift card, you will receive a physical gift card package via mail or at the point of sale. This package will include a beautifully designed gift card showcasing the new items and indicating your exclusive access to choose your preferred colour once the official presale launches on Christmas Day.
Step 3: Gift Giving
If you wish to give the presale gift card as a holiday gift, simply present the recipient with the gift card package. They will be excited to receive this special gift, knowing they will have the first opportunity to choose their preferred colour from our new Front Row collection once the official presale launches.
Step 4: Official Presale Launch
On Christmas day, we will officially launch the presale for our new product line. As a presale gift card holder, you will receive exclusive access to choose your preferred colour from the available options at that time.
Step 5: Enjoying Your Chosen Colour
Once you've selected your colour, enter your gift card number on the back of your gift card, and we'll cover the rest. You'll receive your chosen item in your preferred colour, ready to be enjoyed and cherished well beyond the holiday season once it arrives at the DivaSquad Warehouse.

Terms and Conditions for Presale Orders:
1. Preorder Payment: By placing a preorder, the customer agrees to pay the specified amount when placing the order. The payment will be processed immediately, and the preorder will be confirmed upon successful payment.
2. Delivery Date: The estimated delivery date for preorder items will be communicated at the time of purchase. If this date is subject to change, any updates will be communicated to the customer as necessary.
3. Product Availability: All presale items are subject to availability. Customers will be notified if a preorder item becomes unavailable.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of preorders will be accepted within 3 days of the purchase date. After this period, no cancellations will be allowed, and the preorder will be considered final. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@mydivasquad.com within the specified 3-day. Please note that the preorder purchase will be considered binding after this period, and refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after the 3-day window.
5. Changes to Preorder: Any requests to modify the preorder, such as changing the delivery address or product quantity, should be communicated to us in writing at least [specify timeframe] before the scheduled shipping date.
6. Refund Policy: Refunds for preorder items are subject to our standard refund policy. Upon cancellation of a preorder, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Should the presale order be cancelled within the specified cancellation period, the customer agrees to return the free item in new and unused condition. Should the free item not be returned, its value may be deducted from any refund issued for the presale order.
